As an FP&A intern, you will collaborate across departments, providing insights and supporting decision-making processes. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with senior leaders on key projects while sharpening your financial analysis skills This is a hybrid role in our corporate location in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA), work from home 3 days a week. Primary Duties + Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports using advanced tools like Excel, Hyperion, and ERP systems + Participate in financial forecasting, budget variance analysis, and reporting processes, providing actionable insights + Support Finance leadership in developing financial models, profitability analyses, and long-term strategic planning + Contribute to profitability initiatives and process improvements across multiple business units + Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial analysis for business cases, capital investments, and product strategies + Present findings and recommendations to leadership, gaining visibility with senior management.
