The Position

The Opportunity
Roche Côte d’Ivoire is seeking a Finance Insights & Data Analyst Intern to support its operations. The Intern is supported to grow and develop with various areas within Finance and Administration.

The role will come with exciting opportunities for soft skills training and to get a foothold into the corporate world. You will be exposed to networked ways of working in other areas of the business to give you a broader understanding of the corporate world.

Key Responsibilities
- Support with documents (correspondences, contracts, invoices, etc) electronic and physical archiving.
- Load invoices in the dedicated drive for processing.
- Work closely with the Procurement and Supply chain manager on account payable and receivables related matters
- Prepare open items journals and support with some month-end close tasks in collaboration with the Shared Service Center of Budapest.
- Prepare balance sheet accounts reconciliation.
- Assisting with financial controlling and management reporting
- Help in documenting processes (including Site Management, Business Continuity Planning...)
- Contribute to fostering a high-performing team through site management and team building activities
- Propose and implement digital solutions that may increase team effectiveness and efficiency
  
Who you are

- BAC+3 (Minimum) level academic ground in Finance and Accounting. 

- Excellent communication and effective problem-solving skills, track record in serving a variety of diverse customers and projects
- Master the use of digital tolls (Powerpoint, Excel, Word etc) and SAP (highly recommended)
- Ability to work independently and also develop team working spirit, prioritize within an interdisciplinary environment that includes scientists, engineers, business and consultants

- Good knowledge of French, Lingala and English.
