We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and detail-oriented 6-month Finance Intern to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Ensure smooth financial operations: Support the Accounts Payable (AP) invoice team and local stakeholders to keep communication clear, invoice processing timely, and issues quickly resolved. Contribute to timely payments: Assist in preparing payment runs and ensuring all related documents are accurate and complete. Get hands-on with tax compliance: Issue tax invoices in line with local VAT regulations and assist with VAT reconciliations to support accurate and timely filings. Be part of the financial close process: Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities that form the foundation of reliable financial reporting. Support day-to-day financial logistics: Help with corporate card applications and prepare journal entries for purchasing and fuel card usage. Collaborate with financial partners: Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions by helping manage accounts, resolve issues, and submit necessary documentation. Gain exposure to risk management: Assist in the preparation and filing of financial documents related to guarantees and bonds. Learn from audit preparation: Support the creation of annual financial reports for internal and external audit reviews. Strengthen our finance systems: Assist with vendor creation and maintenance in the accounting system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Take on meaningful tasks: Jump into ad-hoc assignments that align with business priorities and help expand your understanding of finance in action. Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting standards. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
