Job DescriptionSupport the Controller and Accounting Professional with the following:Prepare and update monthly financial analysisStandard cost analysis and extraction of reportsData entry for financial reviewsFinancial modelingBill of Material organizationProduct cost analysisAnalyze – Study financial data and trends for strategic planning and forecastingPerform – Manage data entry and financial database integrityDocumentation Management – Digitize all paper documentation with naming convention.Reporting – Extract and organize multiple reports from the current software system to assist the Controller with month end close activities. Reporting includes but not limited to:Accounts ReceivableAccounts PayableFree Cash FlowInventory valuesMaterial costsQualificationsHighschool Diploma or Equivalent (GED)Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
