The Finance Intern will work closely with the Finance team as the primary day-to-day contact for financial and operational matters and will interact regularly with the project management and account teams. It will be a 6 months internship programme, where you will gain valuable insights and be exposed to the advertising industry.
Responsibilities
Assist with General Ledger activity for month end closing Assist in preparing and following up necessary documents to accompany billings Checking and following vendors’ invoices Perform job closure in system Request and follow up documents required for client and vendor code set up Assist with office administration activities Assist in other section of Finance department/ ad-hoc projects as required Assist in new client and vendor registration Assist in invoicing matterRequirements
Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Outstanding organizational skills Be able to work independently as well as part a team Positive attitude towards problem solving and tight deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
