Job Overview: The primary role will be to work with SSG Finance team to support revenue and expense forecast and reporting, product line P&L reporting and help with other projects within the group, as necessary. Job Responsibilities: + Assist with BG financial reporting. + Assist with product line P&L reporting. + Document and create flow charts of existing processes. + Assist with forecasting and budgeting. + Assist with audit requests. + Assist with internal and cross functions projects. + Contribute ideas and insights to brainstorming sessions aimed at driving innovation and continuous process improvement. + Assist worldwide Finance and business teams with completion of tasks as needed. Job Qualifications: + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in Finance + Detail oriented and well organized. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and willingness to learn new software applications. + Prior experience in Planning and forecasting is a plus. + Experience with data/analytics tools (ie Tableau, PowerBI, etc) a plus. Education and Experience: + Currently enrolled in a BS/MS in Business Administration or equivalent. + Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Good teamwork and influencing skills. + Good research skills – ability to find, analyze, and summarize information from a variety of sources. + The internship will be based in the Bay Area, California, at Cadence’s corporate headquarters.
