This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your financial skills and contribute to the daily operations of a dynamic organization.** **Key Responsibilities** **Accounts Receivable:** **Manage customer invoices, ensuring timely issuance.** **Monitor customer payments and reconcile accounts.** **Follow up on overdue payments to keep accounts up to date.** **Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payments.** **Accounts Payable:** **Process and book supplier invoices in the system.** **Prepare and schedule supplier payments promptly.** **Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.** **Communicate with suppliers regarding payment inquiries and account clarifications.** **Other Financial Responsibilities:** **Reconcile and book daily bank transactions.** **Prepare financial reports on the company’s financial status for management review.** **Support debtors and creditors management.** **Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering calls and handling inquiries.** **What We’re Looking For:** **We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented student who’s eager to learn and contribute.
