**Job Description:** **ITW Global Brands** is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer 2025 **Finance Intern** to join our team in Houston, Texas. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the finance industry and contribute to meaningful projects. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The individual will be a detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to learning. The selected candidate will work directly with the Controller and other individuals in the Car Care finance department. This internship will teach the candidate the basics of corporate accounting and will provide insight to both FP&A and Accounting activities. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Assist FP&A with running standard cost variances by SKU quarter vs quarter + Assist with generating and analyzing Inventory and OSMI reports + Assist in updating ERP with inventory and customer classifications based on Quad/Quartile Analysis + Assist with running monthly reports to include Order Run Rate Trends, Sales/Margin Trend Analysis and Forecast Accuracy Reports. + Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed. + Participate in Accounting new initiative including Amex credit card process and other special projects. + Learn and apply financial principles and concepts in a practical setting. **Qualifications** + Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university, with a major in Accounting or Finance, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026 + Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel + Ability to plan and coordinate projects as an individual contributor or as a member of a cross-functional team
