Main Activities

Key Performance Indicators Management (Sales, Overtime, Headcount, Capital Expenditure)Manufacturing Base Cost Tracking Open and close Capital Investments at a plant level; close partnership with Operational and Deployment teams across NAM. Asset creation and control.Participation in Forecast Process and Finance TransformationBusiness Partnering, supporting daily operational teams.
