It is Unilever’s in-house center of business partnering and operational excellence in finance services, supply chain, customs, procurement, integrated planning and performance delivery. There are 300 people in Katowice Hub.
The modern Katowice Hub office, whose interiors were designed according to the principles of sustainable development, is located in the city center of Katowice, Poland.
We are working in the hybrid way to use the time spent in the office to influence collaboration and straighten the team spirit, using special designed for this purpose office areas.
CATEGORY/FUNCTION INTRODUCTION
As Result and FP&A Analytics Junior Manager you are managing the relationship and are the contact person for Supply Chain FP&A teams. You are also responsible for the Management Reporting (COPA) framework and cost allocations logic and understanding. Within this process operationally all MEC activities are performed by GMR as well as 3rd party service provider (Capgemini team). Part of this role is dedicated to answering business question coming from the different teams within the Supply Chain Finance network regarding business performance. In this role you will work as part of FP&A SCFS team.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Overseeing of month-end closing activities for Unilever entities performed by GMR team with 3rd party support
Own the Management Reporting (COPA) framework
Participate in the FP&A and Result processes for Europe Supply Chain (including query resolution and follow ups)
Perform data quality analysis on Supply Chain costs and align with stakeholders
Managing communication of financial results towards stakeholders from broader Supply Chain community
Working and coordinating on various Supply Chain related projects
Continuously improving and simplifying processes
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of finance working experience preferably in financial reporting, accounting, controlling
Functional knowledge of supply chain and experience in SAP
Background in management reporting and understanding of COPA would be an advantage
Analytical mindset: capability to analyze data to catch inconsistencies and mistakes
Business Partnering capabilities
Understanding of Connect and Ifinance systems is an advantage
High proficiency with MS Office (excellent skills in Excel is a must)
Fluent in English verbal and written
Good service orientation and communication skills
