Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
Oversee the financial performance of IFM accounts, ensuring adherence to budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.
Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with finance teams to develop accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial models for IFM contracts.
Provide financial guidance and support to account teams, assisting in decision-making, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, including variance analysis, to internal stakeholders and clients.
Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, efficiency improvements, and revenue growth potential.
Drive financial transparency by ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop annual budgets and forecasts for IFM accounts, in collaboration with key stakeholders and finance teams.
Monitor and track actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing timely analysis to support decision-making.
Identify and explain budget variances, proactively proposing corrective actions as necessary.

Contract Management:
Collaborate with contract management teams to review and analyze financial terms and conditions of IFM contracts.
Provide financial insight and support during contract negotiations, ensuring favorable financial outcomes for the company.
Monitor contract compliance, financial obligations, and invoice accuracy, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Team Leadership:
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, encouraging open communication, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CFA certification is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with specific experience in the IFM industry highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, and reporting standards.
Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel or other relevant tools.
Experience in contract management and negotiation is a plus.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
