Finance Leader - Visual

Partner with the Best

As the leader of the FP&A team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Visual business within Inspection division. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving financial performance, managing complex financial operations, and leading high-performing teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Leadership:

Visible member of the business leadership team

Business Partner to the CEO and the leadership team

Key influencer on overall business, commercial & operational strategies, systems, processes and policies

Ability to clearly understand the markets and products within which the business operates in and add value across the value chain

Development & oversight of dashboard of key KPIs which underpin the performance and long term success of the business.

Agent for change and simplification

Bridge from the underlying business to corporate

Financial Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the overall business strategy, profitability and cash flow

Conduct financial analysis and modelling to identify opportunities for growth, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure accurate financial projections.

Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Financial Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls (in conjunction with Baker Hughes Corporate requirements)

Lead the annual audit process and work closely with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including currency, credit risk, and operational risks.

Develop and implement effective risk management policies and procedures.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the finance team and across the broader business unit.

Recruit, hire, and retain top talent to strengthen the finance team's capabilities.

To be successful in this role you will:

Possess an Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Have a proven track record as a finance leader in a technology-focused organization or similar

Possess at least 3 years of management experience in financial operations

Strong understanding of financial accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP, IFRS) and tax regulations.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $151,300.00 - $281,100.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time. Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full base salary range for the role and does not include other forms of compensation.
