Rotation locations are updated annually and may require relocation throughout the program. Relocation based on annual role assignment and travel for training events during the program is required and covered by the Company. The program provides a continuing educational focus throughout the rotational experience which may include trainings, events, and various case studies. FLP associates receive mentoring from program alumni and executives.
