The salary range for this role, based in New York is $112, 320 to $140, 400. The range will vary if outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. 

Job Summary:

Pernod-Ricard is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager, Analytics & Planning to support our cross-functional A&P execution, monitoring, and planning activities as well as our Media team. This position plays a critical role in managing 50% of the company's overall investments.

What you’ll do

A&P Management

Manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure clean, up-to-date dataIdentify affordability gaps and track POs against accruals around year-endSupport A&P plans management and identify overall risks and opportunitiesFinancial Management & ReportingFacilitate A&P close processes, including Hard Close, accrual review, and validationAddress auditor inquiries, testing, and additional requestsSupport A&P RF submissions and system/presentation updatesA&P Media & e-Commerce Team SupportMaintain and update A&P programs and purchase orders based on Media team inputProcess Media billings in a timely manner and resolve any roadblocks with the AP teamSupport Media team in tracking progress and managing year-end closeSupport parallel A&P workstreamsAct as a subject matter expert for day-to-day A&P process-related questionsMaintain updated A&P documentationParticipate in system user acceptance testing (UAT) as neededCommunicate team needs and feedback to the A&P Business and Process managerSupport ad-hoc requests and analysis as needed

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field5+ years of experience in finance FP&A and budget managementWillingness to travel up to 15% of the time
