The Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A, will be responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's goals to improve cash flow and working capital. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.
As a Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A you will:
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, long-range working capital and cash flow.Collaborate across the Finance function to create and analyze a monthly Three Statement (Axalta’s Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement).Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement while partnering with the business FP&A teams on drivers for results and updates to forecasts.Partner with Treasury team to ensure Direct and Indirect cash flow analysis are aligned monthly.Track and analyze KPI metrics and prepare ad-hoc analysis to support decision making (i.e., DSO, DPO, IDS, EPS, Net Leverage, and FCF Conversion).Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and board reporting material.Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications:
Required Experience:
7+ years of work experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, consulting, or accounting.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline.Regular experience using analytical, financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.Proficiency in Excel including Pivot Tables, large data sets etc.Experience using PowerPoint to create and present updates for senior stakeholders.Experience with SAP, or similar ERP, and Microsoft Business Intelligence a plus or Power BI to create dashboard and track KPIs.Experience successfully managing multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.Experience collaborating across teams and building strong relationships with business leaders.Minimal travel required - <10%Preferred Skills:
