Job Description

This position reports to the Director, Entity and Financial Planning & Analysis and supports key workstreams associated with AbbVie’s Quarterly Earnings Calls, Board of Directors (BOD) & Executive Leadership Team (ELT) packages, Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) Metrics, and Entity Plan. This role liaises with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and has opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership through the CFO.  .

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional Finance stakeholders to plan, track, and analyze AbbVie’s Cash Conversion Cycle metrics (i.e., DPO, DSO, DOH) for monthly reviews, Plan, LBEs and LRPAssist with producing key analytics for BOD, ELT, Leadership Forum and other management packagesPrepare quarterly earnings package used by AbbVie Executives / Investor Relations during earnings callsCollaborate with Investor Relations to produce analytics that inform LBEs, Quarterly Flash, LRP, Plan and BOD package publicationsSupport Associate Director, Entity Planning with entity forecast consolidation and modeling for Plan / LBE / LRP, including Intercompany Reconciliations, Deferred Margin analysis and Performance vs Entity reconciliationCompile a comprehensive monthly Executive Goal Grading Reporting PackageSupport Director, Entity and Financial Planning & Analysis in driving high visibility special project(s)Ad-hoc analysis (e.g. P&L profiles, Growth Metrics, R&D Analytics, peer comparison) as required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or MBA a plus.Minimum 7+ years of progressive and related experience, preferably across a range of Finance functionsStrong attention to detailSuperior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear and concise mannerAbility to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing prioritiesAbility to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholdersStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsExperience with BPC, Power BI, W-Desk a plus

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
