As the Financial Manager, Customer Brands, you will provide direction and strategic planning through complex and interpretive financial analyses for the Customer Brands (private label and co-manufacturing) product portfolio. Present results and recommendations to senior leaders in order to drive profitable growth and enable action-oriented decision making. Serve as a strategic business partner to internal customers and stakeholders to maximize financial outcomes and optimize customer profitability.

Responsibilities:
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes for the Customer Brands business unit, partnering with cross-functional finance departments and Sales, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.Lead comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to support Chief Customer Officer.Review monthly results against budgets, prior forecasts, and sales targets, including identification of variance drivers and insight to developing trends.Ownership of Sales SG&A non-labor accounts and marketing spend, including partnering with Sales Directors/VPs for monthly forecast adjustments and annual budget requests.Manage pricing for assigned customer accounts, including maintaining and updating variable pricing models, conducting analysis for annual price adjustments, supporting bids, and contributing financial input for new product development initiatives.Partner with Corporate FP&A and IT to drive system enhancements and focus on continuous improvements and scalability that will impact overall business processes.Champion change management behaviors and influence business partners.Proactively identify and lead process improvement projects that enhance our ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement.#LI-MG1
