We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Worldwide Amazon Private Brands (APB) Finance team. APB is a global brand portfolio including, but not limited to, Amazon Basics and Amazon Essentials, offering products that our customers love at great value within Hardlines, Consumables and Softlines.
The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical problem solver who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and collaborative leader partnering with a dynamic network of Business and Finance stakeholders to develop financial models and analyses supporting the Pricing decisions taken within Amazon Private Brands across NA, EU and FE. The role will also support the business in analyzing the investments/trade-offs made during High Volume Events (HVEs) as well as develop reporting mechanisms to leadership on plan vs. performance during the HVEs. The successful candidate will partner with Pricing/Deals SME’s, business/finance owners of product families within APB and report into the APB FP&A organization enabling a holistic view of P&L impact of such pricing actions and deals activity for leadership review and business decisions. They enjoy working with a diverse group of individuals, and have a proven ability to dive deep to solve complex business and finance problems.

Key job responsibilities
1. Improve the financial models used in assessing pricing impact on P&L’s – Plan and Actuals.
2. Enable clear understanding of variance drivers, create a positive feedback loop between outcome observed and pricing actions, and present findings to senior leadership.
3. Actively collaborate with Finance partners across NA, EU and FE to develop a WW Plan, particularly during HVEs
4. Partner with business and finance leaders to establish and track performance to plans, goals and initiatives
