The Finance Manager directly oversees the daily operations of the Finance team, identifies areas of improvement for finance processes, and provides recommendations. They conduct data-driven analyses and provide insights to business units, which enable cost-efficient and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Leads and mentors the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate operations
Conducts data-driven analyses and provides actionable insights to business units and top management to drive company growth and savings
Propose and implement initiatives to enhance financial systems and processes
Ensure compliance with tax laws, including timely tax return preparation, submission, and payments, by keeping up-to-date with BIR rulings and regulations
