The Business Applications + Copilots Finance Manager is the finance partner of the UK business leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success units, as well as an active member of a global community of corporate and regional Finance experts. The successful candidate will develop deep subject matter expertise on Business Applications products, including AI and Copilots, across revenue and consumption to drive strong performance and sustainable growth for the business Microsoft UK is a single subsidiary area and is part of EMEA. Supporting the teams in capturing short term growth opportunities, while building for sustainable long-term growth; through value realization of our products (usage) and cross-sell of our solutions, empowering the business partners to drive the right business outcomes for sustainable growth. + Build a deep external perspective of the market and the competitive landscape to provide thought leadership to the business partners and navigate them through new business opportunities, product innovation and growth road map for the area. + This role will also focus on driving whitespace opportunities with Business Application Copilots and leveraging agents to unlock new growth areas. Finance Partnership + Work closely with the rest of the UK finance team members and build a joint sense of ownership and accountability behind investments and business actions to drive equitable growth across all customer segments. + Understand local business blockers, leverage the WW & EMEA communities & play a leading role to exchange learnings and best practices to drive resolution. + Partner with the MCAPS Core & Corporate Engineering Finance teams to get a holistic view of the business strategy, trends and the product roadmap. Finance Excellence • Lead the outlook, forecast and budget processes for Business Applications, with focus on accuracy and business accountability **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications (RQs)** + Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field + OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field + OR equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications (PQs)** + Experience in Finance Business development or Solutions delivery experience preferred + Experience in matrix-based organization + Experience in the technology or software industry Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
