We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function atHyatt Centric San Jose Escazu. This position plays a key role in ensuring financial integrity, managing budgets and forecasts, maintaining compliance, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting department.

Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to hotel leadership and corporate teams.

Ensure compliance with Hyatt’s financial policies, local accounting regulations, and internal control standards.

Oversee cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial audits.

Partner with operational departments to monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement.

Manage and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Support capital planning, asset management, and owner relations as needed.

Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in hotel finance or a similar leadership role.

Experience with hotel systems such as Opera, BirchStreet, and Oracle (preferred).

High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
