Meet the TeamJoin the dynamic Sales Finance team and play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive financial support across all segments of our business. As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with diverse teams, including Sales Management, Finance Executives, Business Units, Cisco Capital, Legal, Revenue Accounting, and various FP&A teams. Your ability to foster partnerships and collaborate effectively will be key to your success in this role.
Your ImpactYour primary focus will be on managing Profit and Loss (P&L) components, including Bookings, Revenue, Margin, and Operating Expenses (Opex). In this position, you will work collaboratively to establish, support, and monitor key financial metrics, such as annual plans, recurring revenue metrics, quarterly forecasts, P&L targets, and expense goals. If you are a finance professional with a track record of delivering results, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.Provide full-scale financial support for business segments within Cisco.Take ownership of P&L Management, encompassing Bookings, Revenue, Margin, and Opex.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, support, and monitor critical financial metrics, including annual plans, recurring revenue metrics, quarterly forecasts, P&L targets, and expense goals.Assume fiduciary responsibilities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in finance, business administration, or a related field.A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in comparable Finance roles.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, influence others, and drive results.Exceptional analytical and scenario modeling abilities.Fluent in Korean & use of business English.
Preferred Qualifications:Extensive knowledge and practical experience in Accounting and Finance principles.Strong interpersonal and partnering skills.
