Location Name New York Office Responsibilities

Bonobos is seeking a Finance Manager that will take the lead on all Revenue and Margin budgeting and forecasting processes for our organization. We’re looking for someone that has the finance and accounting know-how to hit the ground running on maintenance and improvement of our financial models combined with operational savvy to collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization. This is a highly visible role that requires a great deal of judgement and intellectual honesty.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build, maintain and continually refine methodology and processes for company budget and forecastsOwnership of Revenue and Margin monthly forecast in partnership with Marketing & Planning KPI ownersResearch and clearly explain Revenue/Margin variances vs Budget/Forecast during month endLead finance team deliverables including results analysis, BoD presentations, monthly/quarterly performance reviewsPlay an integral role in building out long-range planningAd-hoc business analysis (eg. Business cases, model operating changes) in conjunction with functional partners Provide visibility into financial performance through continuous and consistent reporting including key drivers of changeAssist in cash flow forecasting by managing company reporting, cash flow projections and balance sheet items

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree (Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics preferred)Advanced degree: CPA or MBA a plus7+ years financial analysis experiencePrior retail finance / accounting experience a plusAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Google Sheets & Anaplan a plus

Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.

Salary Range $110,300 - $167,200 Closing
