Scope and purpose: 

To manage Finance, Tax and Controlling activities at Country level, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and sustainable growth.   

To ensure compliance with legally stipulated deadlines for submitting economic, financial, and regulatory data according to company statutory.               

To support in defining the commercial and financial strategies and work proactively to ensure the strategy’s targets at Country level, liaising with the customers' key decision makers, guaranteeing the needed synergy and integration between different stakeholders within the Group (Global Central Functions, Countries) and leading the allocated team in the operational activities.             

Result areas/Main activities:

Manages Finance, Tax and Controlling activities at Country level.                                                                  Supports in defining sales and marketing plan for the relevant customers, integrated with commercial policies, in line with Motorcycle Global Business Unit global strategy.         Liaises with the customers’ key decision makers with the purpose of conveying clearly Brembo’s value proposition and influencing the decisional process from the presale's activity to the nomination stage, to post-Start of Production issues.    Ensures an effective negotiation with the customer’s counterparts, keeping a continuous flow of information with the Management. Guarantees the correct understanding of the escalation mechanisms internally and towards the customer. Ensures the monitoring of the market for new trends or opportunities, and promptly inform the relevant Global Central Function.
