Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger activities, and bi-monthly payroll processing. Review financial statements and reports, including monthly, mid-year, and annual statements. Lead the monthly financial closing process, coordinating with finance teams in Cebu and Dumaguete to ensure accuracy. Develop and manage annual budgets, collaborating with various departments to align with company objectives. Oversee the budgeting process for the Cebu and Dumaguete sites, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Provide insights and recommendations for long-term financial planning and strategy. Present cost estimates and pricing strategies to support business development and client proposals. Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Support the CEO in presenting financial data to executives, stakeholders, and board members, providing strategic insights. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify risks, opportunities, and trends. Manage company accounts and investments, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with financial goals. Lead and motivate finance team members by setting clear roles and expectations and providing constructive feedback. Equip the team with the necessary tools and technology to enhance productivity and efficiency. Develop and review policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for financial operations.
