As we continue to grow and provide top-tier service, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our hotel and ensure the smooth running of all financial processes. Key Responsibilities + Manage all financial aspects of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. + Oversee cash flow management, profit and loss analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations. + Work closely with department heads to prepare and manage financial reports and budgets. + Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies. + Lead the monthly closing process, prepare financial statements, and liaise with FC as needed. + Support the General Manager and executive team with financial insights and recommendations to improve financial performance. + Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions. + Implement and monitor effective internal controls and procedures. + Utilize OPERA Cloud for managing property financial data and SAGE Intacct for accounting purposes. Requirements + Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in a boutique or luxury hotel/resort environment. Preferably in the Caribbean + Strong working knowledge of OPERA Cloud, SYMPHONY and SAGE software. + Excellent understanding of hospitality financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. + Solid knowledge of local financial regulations and tax laws. + Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with different departments. + Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail. + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CFA, CPA, or equivalent is a plus).
