What the day will look like As a Finance Manager, you will: Manage the relationship for your portfolio of captive insurance clients and assume responsibility for client service delivery and excellence; Ensure that all the clients' priorities, objectives and any other requirements have been met with the following service deliverables (non-exhaustive); Accounting for major captives in different domiciles Management reports and commentary normally on a monthly basis Statutory reporting/Coordination of annual external audits, tax returns Advising on capital management Facilitating captive Board meetings and responsibility for Board minutes Presenting results to captive Boards of Directors’ Underwriting, policy administration and claims management where applicable Demonstrate and deliver an 'Aon United' approach to your Portfolio of clients; Ad hoc projects to support the business, e.g. captive formations, captive closures Maintain a thorough understanding of the Captive industry and associated trends. Support IFRS 17 implementation Support new accounting system implementation Support internal and external compliance projects Skills and experience that will lead to success Graduate in Accountancy or any relevant discipline with professional qualification in a respected Accountancy body Min 3-6 years relevant experience with experience in insurance or captives highly preferred Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Access), Good communication and presentation skills Able to multi-task with good time management skills How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
