Summary: This role will be a business partner to the SVP of the Commercial business, providing financial business support for key strategic, tactical and operational decisions. He/she will work closely with the commercial business leadership team and other areas of business including peer managers to anticipate issues and proactively provide analytical perspective and recommendations to grow the business profitably with integrity.
This Role will help in Merch. Finance. The Role will primarily try to Report the performance of our Products, categorizing by Sales, Units Sold, Channels, Cost of Goods Sold and related overhead costs
The right candidate will help explain weekly, monthly , quarterly, and yearly movements of the above KPIs in a systematic way
The candidate will also need to help the Business in the Forecasting Process, able to explain any Forecast movements by analyzing Price, Units Sold among other things
The role needs someone good in Building and Presenting smart Power BI dashboards to Senior Leadership and take automation as one of the important opportunities to be successful in this role
Since the role will need to lead a team of 2-3 TMs, some experience in People management for doing performance evaluation and guiding in career planning will be needed
The ideal candidate should be a strong team player and should be able to collaborate with different teams to provide the best results to the Leadership
