We are hiring a Finance Manager for a manufacturing company that specializes in durability, energy efficiency, and high quality. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in the company’s continued growth and ability to meet ever-expanding requirements in disaster response.
Responsibilities:
+ Financial Planning: Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans.
+ Analysis and Reporting: Prepare financial statements and analyze data.
+ Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations.
+ Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow and investments.
+ Team Leadership: Supervise and develop the finance team.
+ Decision Support: Provide financial insights to senior management.
+ Operational Oversight: Manage daily financial operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree in a related field with an academic background in finance, accounting, or business management
+ 10 years of experience in Financial Management
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills dealing with high-level customers
+ Excellent problem-solving skills
+ Familiarity with project/cost accounting
+ Strong leadership and motivational skills in directing the financial team
+ Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel)
+ Thorough knowledge of QuickBooks Online Advanced software
+ Working knowledge of Connecteam software
+ Trello Project Management software experience
