PURPOSE OF POSITION:   The Finance and Insurance Manager will be responsible for all transactions relating to new and used car deliveries.  He or she will be responsible for maintaining a log of transactions delivered monthly, and a log of cash flow to insure quick and correct payment. Job Specific Qualifications: * Knowledge of computer systems. * Be accurately informed of factory programs and incentives and keep other managers and sales managers up to date and informed. * Be familiar with all bank parameters to place various credit levels. * Coach employees on setting up a deal and get them to endorse financing and warranties. * Maintain a good working relationship with bank buyers and cultivate their belief in our word and willingness to help buy the deal. * Kept up with cash flow of deals and followed up on any outstanding titles due
