About the Role

Perform accurate and timely filing of tax returns, including but not limited to EWT, VAT, DST, TP and other relevant local taxes, and managing tax risk.Assist in managing the entire phase of external auditAssisting in practice wide communications.Producing periodic and on-demand management information.Work on special projects to set up the necessary support infrastructure for the practice.Preparation of the management report for monitoring the financial performance of the practice and providing analyses of performance/KPIsAdministering management meetings, agendas, minutes and discussion materialSupport the business in providing analysis and receivables so as to drive timely billing and collectionsManaging cash flows of the Company.Assisting in budget / forecast preparation process.Reviewing the monthly financial reporting pack and provide commentary/insight of the number to facilitate management on decision making and alignment of practice.Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations.Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients.Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, CPA, CIA but not requiredMin 8 years accounting experience and at least 3 years Managerial experience.Good interpersonal skills and strong team playerMust be meticulous, organized and possesses a flair for numbersAnalytical mind and effective problem-solving skillsExperience in managing a team of financial analystsMust be open to work in a hybrid work setup or report to office.Open to work in Makati City.
