At Element Metech, we are seeking a new Finance Manager to join our Danish organization as our current Finance Manager transitions to a new chapter. Responsibilities

 

As our Finance Manager, you’ll be a vital business partner to the Managing Director and the Danish Leadership Team. You'll drive business growth and profitability while ensuring that financial processes, systems, and reporting are robust, scalable, and aligned with global standards. You’ll lead the finance team with a combination of strategic vision and hands-on leadership.

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

 

Partnering with the Managing Director and leadership team to drive business growth and informed decision-makingPreparing budgets, forecasts, and insightful analyses to support strategic planningOwning the month-end close process, delivering accurate daily KPIs, monthly reports, and management informationManaging local audits, statutory accounts, and compliance with mandatory regulationsLeading and developing the finance team while fostering a positive and collaborative cultureSupporting capital expenditure processes, including business case preparation and tracking returnsEvolving financial controls and implementing processes that align with global standardsContributing to ad hoc projects to support the broader business strategy and transformation efforts

 

Skills / Qualifications

 

To succeed in this role, you have:

 

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Business Partner, ideally in a transformative or dynamic settingA professional accounting qualification (or equivalent) and strong financial expertiseExcellent communication skills in Danish and English (knowledge of Swedish or German is a bonus)An analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and drive meaningful changeLeadership experience, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a teamA proactive, solutions oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
