For ensuring the group's compliance in reporting of ESG reporting including CSRD and EU Taxonomy
What you will doTypical tasks and responsibilities will include:
Lead the group’s preparation for CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) compliance
Ensure alignment with EU Taxonomy, SECR (Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting), NFD (Non-Financial Disclosure), and CFD (Carbon Footprint Disclosure) requirements.
Ability to work independently to develop, implement, and oversee sustainability data collection and reporting systems.
Work with Procurement, Systems and IT to develop a fit-for-purpose ESG reporting solution.
Coordinate with internal teams and departments to gather relevant sustainability data
Provide guidance on ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria and sustainability reporting standards.
Drive trainings across the business on ESG matters.
Coordinate, prepare and submit accurate and timely sustainability reports.
Stay updated on emerging regulations and industry best practices.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with the ESG team and wider business.
Develop an ESG framework including controls and procedures for data gathering and monitoring.
Support financial-related metrics across the business.
Help embed sustainability thought into company systems and processes.
Assist group and local finance teams with financial and non-financial reporting.
