Compares historic results and forward forecasts to analyze market trends and identify expansion opportunities. Ensures financial reports are in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations. Assists in preparing and maintaining departmental strategic plans and budgets. Recruits, trains, manages and mentors subordinate staff. Bachelor's degree in accounting or financial required with 7+ years of progressive managerial experience.
