MSA Finance team as an integral partner to the business is tasked with driving business growth through close partnership and collaboration with leaders across MSA organization to deliver data driven insights to enable outcomes across geographies, verticals, and segments. We are currently hiring for a **Finance** **Manager** to support EMEA and LATAM businesses and serve as a trusted advisor to the regional Sales Leaders to help the business grow and expand. This impactful role requires advanced analytical skills, business acumen, strategic thinking, ability to navigate ambiguity, and capability to partner across functions. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** + Be the sales finance leader for the designated regions + Lead Budget and Forecast setting for Service Location and Segment + Build robust financial models to provide performance insights & analyses that drive impactful business decisionincluding against budget and forecast as well as marketplace, vertical and segment + Lead reporting by segment, vertical, region + Partner withSales and Sales Excellence, Analyst organizations to support execution of sales initiatives + Provide Incentives and Rebates proposal reviews and approvals + Co-Lead regional contract negotiation support + Serve as a finance Point of Contact (POC) for all other finance teams (incl. tax, treasury, collections, fin ops etc.) + Other + Embody our Culture and Values **Qualifications** **Required/Minimum Qualifications** + Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field o OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field o OR equivalent experience. **Additional or Preferred Qualifications** + Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 3+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience o OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 5+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience o OR equivalent experience. + Ability to act as trusted advisor and partner to sales, marketing, and business planning. Executive maturity and balanced self-awareness. + Ability to effectively prioritize across multiple workstreams, have attention to detail, and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Proven ability of operating in ambiguous settings and creating clarity. + Courage to share opinions and influence decisions. Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $75,100 - $148,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $98,800 - $163,300 per year.
