Global Finance Manager – Temporary position

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

OVERALL ROLE

The Global Finance Manager will be responsible for successful delivery of financial processes to support delivery of client contract commercials and support finance transition activities following recent go-live of a new contract term.  Working closely with the client and account leadership to provide financial governance and action orientated financial insights to drive value to both JLL and the client. The right candidate must have the ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, both internally within JLL and externally with the client.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Contract Management

Provides clear direction and commercial advice to the account team.Drives processes to support global objectives and goals and motivates others to achieve themProvision of relevant management information and service levelsContribute to MSA changes and updates

Finance Transition Support

Support Global and Regional finance teams in finance transition activities such as: -

Closure of legacy contract financialsCreation of new reporting tools aligned with client needs and contracted deliverablesEstablishing new processes for revised commercial model.Establishing new processes/data templates for Budgeting and Forecasting – both client facing and internal.Supporting due diligence activities and tracking of contract amendments.Implementing tools for Finance KPI assessment.New technology assessments for future automation of processes.

Management of Commercial models

Customer service orientated, a primary liaison with the client’s global CRE commercial and Finance teamsDetailed understanding of the MSA commercials with a broader appreciation of all aspects of the contractDevelop financial modelling & analysis supporting the senior leadership teamProvide pricing and financial support for global scope or service changes and to Sourcing for Global Suppliers engagement.

Service Delivery Spend – Reporting, Budget and Forecast

Assist in Management of the Global Service Delivery Reporting, budget & forecast process with the regional finance teams.Create financial templates to review and bridge the consolidation of regional budgets/forecastsProvide executive overview of outcomesSupport with delivery of Client Savings Challenges directives.Manage JLL contribution to Client’s Quarterly Budgeting and Forecasting Process. Management Fee modelling and Regional submission co-ordination.Maintain thorough understanding of client’s accounting structure and associated systems and translating knowledge to ensure smooth and consistent flow of financial data

Data Management, Policies & Procedures and Audit

Ensure that all financial accounting and reporting is audit worthy and in keeping with recognized quality management processes

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:  KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Ideal Experience

Experience in Finance/Accounting with min 10 years in MNC with regional exposure. Property accounting exp preferred.Educated to Degree level in accounting or finance. Accounting certification preferred.Strong accounting knowledge, US GAAP knowledge preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills
