In WoundCare at Mölnlycke, we help to prevent, manage and accelerate the healing of wounds.
As the Finance Manager, you’ll lead the Finance function at our Oldham manufacturing site in managing the financial and accounting policies, systems and processes, tax and regulatory requirements.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Leading the Finance function at the factory to execute business strategic goals and support global initiatives. Provide leadership and co-ordination in the business planning and rolling forecast and standard costing processes of the factory products. Create transparent internal reporting to give the local management team and Global finance visibility of cost drivers to be able to put in place actions where deviations are seen. Create business cases for investment requests whilst demonstrating benefit and cost understanding. Provide guidance and developmental mentorship to the Business Controller Follow group reporting instructions fully and in a timely fashion, with good quality performance communication to stakeholders.

What you’ll need
Extensive experience leading financial operations in a similar regulated environment Proven ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives Confidence to challenge local management to ensure financial controls and improvement Clear ability to coach and develop team members Demonstrable knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) would be beneficial Previous exposure to developing strategy and investment business proposals
