Job Description Insight Global is partnering with a major player in the Construction, Traffic and Smart Infrastructure space to hire for a Finance Manager to join on a full-time basis. The Finance Manager will provide day-to-day management and oversight of Accounting and Finance functions. Reporting to the Sr. Corporate Controller, this hands-on position will be responsible for general ledger accounting and FP&A. The ideal candidate will have experience with process implementation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage the month and year-end close process for multiple legal entities, including preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations. Provide monthly internal/external financial reporting and analysis. Assist with the development, tracking, and presentation of dashboards & KPIs. Conduct and oversee work in process (WIP) accounting functions such as job cost reports and analysis, billing requests, and job compliance. Drive automation efforts by improving tools, systems, procedures, and workflows to support scalability and accuracy.
