Ricart Automotive is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team at our Buick GMC Chevrolet store in Columbus, OH, off Sawmill and Billingsley Road. We offer an exceptional pay plan and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications
+ Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar role in the dealership industry.
+ Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and lender relationships.
+ Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
+ Ability to explain complex financial terms in an easy-to-understand manner.
+ Familiarity with state and federal lending laws, compliance requirements, and dealership finance operations.
+ Proficiency in finance software and dealership management systems (DMS).
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ A professional and customer-focused attitude.
+ Valid driver's license with less than 6 points to remain insurable and able to drive on company property
+ Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Job Responsibilities
+ Work with customers to secure financing options that fit their needs while ensuring compliance with all lending regulations.
+ Present and sell finance and insurance products, including extended warranties and protection plans.
+ Maintain strong relationships with lenders to ensure the best financing terms for our customers.
+ Process finance and lease applications accurately and efficiently.
+ Ensure all documentation is completed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
+ Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitability and enhance the customer experience.
+ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any financing concerns.
+ Stay updated on industry trends, lender programs, and compliance regulations.
