As a finance trainee, you will:

Analyze our supply chain finances to find opportunities to improve our efficiency and save costsEvaluate investment projects and prepare recommendations for the plant lead teamDevelop according to your individual training plan including classroom training, on the job learning, and coaching from your manager/buddyBe supported in independent decision-making and risk-takingHave the opportunity for a managerial role upon completion of the program.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for:

3rd, 4th, or 5th year Students of Finance faculties with/or interest in Finance or graduates up to 12 months after graduation with strong academic background,Excellent analytical and critical thinking,Strong initiative and problem-solving skills,Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse organizations and teams,Time management skills to deliver your work and make even the biggest goals achievableFluent in English&Hungarian is required (written&spoken)
