Job Title 

Finance Manager European Parts Center (EPC)

Role Overview: 

 

In charge of leading and directing the overall financial processes including monthly reports, financial planning, budgeting estimates, developing short/long term functions goals, supporting accounting practices, structuring payables, credit and control activities; will be part of EPC Executive Committee and assisting directors in the execution of Yearly Plan

Three direct reporting headcounts

 

She/he will report to VP Europe Operations CFO and serve as a member of the local Leadership team, being a valuable and important partner for the country organization and the functional partners

The position is located in OTIS European Spare Parts Center in France (Roissy-Charles de Gaulle)

On a typical day you will: 

 

FP&A (ad hoc analysis, margin analysis, investments approvals , Excess Review, AR follow-up…)

Reporting (Closing, Flash preparation, HFM loading,…)

Business Partnering (Disputes follow-up, supporting EPC team on all related Finance topics)

Business Advisory and analytics

Supporting the business to achieve the results

Strategy decisions to support local management

Internal Control

Monthly Forecast

Annual Budget

Selling Price management

Annual Physical Inventory

Work with OTIS Shared services

 

What You Will Need to be Successful: 

 

Economics or Business master degree required, MBA or Master of Accounting preferred

Good knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS

Good background in auditing, financial control, accounting, analysis and reporting

Requested 3/4 years in a financial position, i.e., Accounting, Finance, Audit.

Bi-lingual Frech/English is a requirement. 

Knowledge of any accounting systems is a plus, e.g., JDE, Infor Ln, SAP

Capable to manage transformation, dynamic and proactive

Have successfully managed people to a high level of engagement

Have a clear presentation style and build networks across the Country and EMEA

Be able to develop communication strategies, resolve conflicts and manage divergent audience perspectives
