Role Summary:
The FET manager will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial process management, developing financial forecasts, providing reporting with depth data visibility and lead process efficiency to support business management and operational efficiency. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure one page of information and 

operational excellence, the scope will cover Greater China.

Primary Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare monthly financial forecasts analysis and yearly target setting, provide sharpened data visibility.Monitor and analyze financial performance against plan and target, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cost analysis.Develop financial reports and dashboards that summarize key financial metrics and trends.Process Improvement & Automation:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.Explore and leverage new technologies and tools to automate financial processes and reporting.Control & ComplianceEnsure compliance with financial reporting standards, regulations, and internal policies.Assist in the identification and mitigation of financial risks.
