Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Job Summary** **As the Finance Manager - Hill's HK, you will primarily be responsible for smooth execution of the end-to-end processes in Credit to Cash and Commercial Planning. This includes credit management and deduction management while partnering with the Customer Development team for the Hill’s Pet Nutrition HK; Coordinating resolution of customer financial issues; Reporting & analytics, Customer Profitability Analysis, Providing information for customer promotional planning, strategy development, evaluations and ROI calculations; Preparation of GtN summary reporting; Coordination with the Customer Development team of timely responses to AR deduction/claims/ issues and order blocking.** **Principal Duties and Responsibilities** **%** **Task** **25%** **Budget & Planning - Manage the development, integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the budget, LE, and P&L; Lead the commercial planning process; Actively participating in account planning and business reviews and monthly rolling forecast. Provide the Sales team with all necessary analysis for customer meetings. Develop, communicate, and monitor financial KPI's to ensure projected ASP and Net Margin targets by brand and customer are achieved; Use system tools, collaborate with customer development managers to meet the goals for the financial and commercial alignment processes. Conduct variance analysis v/s latest estimate.** **20%** **Trade Investment Management - Ensure GTN & A&P accuracy by mastering investment flow from T&C to accrual creation to settlement; Understand flow of information and approval needed from Key Business Partners; Ensure activities are implemented inline with financial strategy; Discounts and Pricing are are maintained accurately and timely in SAP; Manage pricing conditions in SAP; Monthly reporting of Investment by key customer’s account; Analyze and recommend methods to improve investment effectiveness and ensure integrity of data and proper cost allocations.** **Support, collect and analyze terms and conditions mapping/assessment and sales policy compliance, and make recommendations for improvement.** **15%** **Customer Profitability -Provide financial direction and leadership to the Customer Development Team. Responsibilities include leveraging financial analysis in order to enhance sales demand through Hill’s customers in a sustainable manner. This is accomplished by tracking the P&L and GTN of the customer, managing the profitability of the account, and by providing financial analysis and recommendations in order to meet our objectives. Drive ROI (Return on Investment) mindset and develop analysis for the team on main promo mechanics.** **15%** **Monthly Closing - Support the close of the P&L in SAP (Sales, Margin, NVO, A&P); Reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement G/L accounts; Check the completeness of accrual and adjust where needed; Check completeness of invoicing.** **15%** **Audit & Compliance - Responsible for ensuring the integrity and documentation of financial reporting related to the team's activity, its alignment with corporate policies and strategies, and that all accounting principles are properly followed** **10%** **Accounts Receivable & Treasury - Monitor bank reconciliation; Managing customer financial information, Assess customer credit risk, Conduct credit limit review and update credit limits 2x per year per policy; Ensure timely clearing of account receivables and accuracy of customer’s statement of account.
