Member of Shared Service Finance team primarily supporting all aspects of Financial Reporting & Analysis for the IT Shared Services organization. Position will also support other Shared Service functions primarily with financial project support. Provide financial support for Shared Service projects that includes CBA preparation, financial tracking of costs and benefits and gate reviews. Responsibility for the IT Forecasting and Business Review process, management of the annual IT Budget process and various analyses designed to improve transparency and discipline around financial decisions. Ability to work with both the Business Unit and across the Corporate team providing thought leadership and driving resolution of complex business and financial issues. **Key Accountabilities** + Driving all financial aspects of the Cost Benefit Analysis, monthly tracking and forecasting of project expenses and capitalization. + Partnering with Enterprise Project Management Office to ensure alignment of project reporting to financial reporting. + Working with the project team to forecast and plan project costs and ongoing run impact post project completion. + Assist in supporting implementation of new Financial Management System to ensure appropriate transparency for project tracking. + Aid in the design and implementation of the new Financial Management System as it relates to the monthly close process, MBR process and annual budget and 3-year planning, including oversight/approval of required journal entries, managing the slate of preparatory meetings, developing/coordinating content and distributing required meeting materials. + Assist Leadership Team in effective communication of key business results, drivers, and emerging trends/challenges. + Responsible for IT Depreciation and Capital planning/forecasting + Develops detailed analyses to ensure understanding and clarity around unit costs (fixed and variable), the drivers of those costs, and the financial impact of investments in the project portfolio. + Drive implementation of reporting of key IT metrics (CIO Dashboard) and incorporating Gartner Benchmark Data as appropriate. + Adhoc analytical requests as needed. **Minimum Requirements** + 7+ years’ experience in Financial Management, Analysis and Reporting + Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, MBA or CPA preferred + Strong problem-solving skills, analytical orientation, and an ability to structure an issue and analyze alternative solutions + Strong excel skills and strong attention to detail + Demonstrated skills in fact-based analysis, presentation, and highly collaborative interpersonal interaction + Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills. + Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to interact with all levels of employees in the organization. **Preferred** + Prior internal control experience in a multi-functional, process-driven environment + Prior experience in IT Finance + Tableau experience The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois): $90,107.00 - $130,156.00 per year The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus.
