About the team
We are the Devices Global Logistics Finance Team. Historically, our P&L responsibility have been the horizontal support of Logistics costs for all of Devices. As the business team, Devices Global Logistics (DGL), grew and expanded their business function to a broader scope, our finance support role grew as well. We are fully involved in Inbound Freight planning, and work with our Network Finance counterparts to better understand forecast assumptions and variance drivers around FC Variable, FC Fixed, and Outbound Shipping Costs. Our team has spent this past year scrubbing our data and we are focused on sourcing it from data sources rather than exporting and manipulating in Excel. Our goal is to automate our systems and processes so that we can be better business partners and support the growth of Devices.
