Finance Manager Specialist + **Location** Billund, Denmark + **Job ID** 0000022669 + **Category** Finance **Job Description** Are you enthusiastic about financial reporting, processoptimising and collaboration in a global and dynamic company ?Here is your chance to bring your expertise into play and helpelevate the LEGO Group's external financial reporting to thenext level. **Core Responsibilities** + Prepareyourassignedsection of the consolidated Financial Statements (Annual Report and Interim Report). + Participate in monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. + Generate actionable insights from data and drive performance through effective target setting and collaboration with stakeholders including management. + Support and implement changes and best practice in accounting policies. + Take part in the digital agenda to enhance the team's productivity by optimising the use of IT tools and implementing best practices. + Engage in cross-functional projects aimed at standardising processes, optimising workflows, automating tasks and improving data quality and compliance. + Build and sustain strong relationships with our global stakeholders to support collaboration and knowledge-sharing + Up to 2 weeks of travel annually **Play your part in our team succeeding** You will be part of a collaborative, strong, and fun team in External Reporting and deliver your part ofhigh-qualityfinancial reporting and support decision-making, as well as working closely with colleagues globally on daily actions and optimise current processes! **Do you have what it takes?** + 3 + years of demonstrable experience in analysing financial data to support decision-making preferably in a large global manufacturing organisation. + Proven track record of managing financial processes efficiently and delivering results in a highly collaborative setting. + Bachelors degree in accounting or finance. + Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders, with a strong understanding of business practices. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive working relationships with the team and across departments. + Able to translate financial data into actionable insights to support decision-making in a relevant and understandable way for a non-finance audience. + Results and deadline driven professional with strong organisational skills;proactive and curious approach; attention to detail; problem solving abilities staying calm under pressure. + Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal form. + Previous experience with SAP, Power BI, Machine Learning or Gen AI is a plus.
