Are you passionate about Finance Master Data and driving impactful change? Become a key player in Roche’s ASPIRE program, leading Finance Master Data activities for Sales Affiliates and Manufacturing Sites in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy Finance Master Data:

Implement Master Data Governance in collaboration with the GBPM organization.

Lead FIT-to-Standard sprints.

Map current data to ASPIRE standards.

Best Practices & Solutions:

Define optimal solutions with Roche ERP IT.

Manage data loads and reconciliations.

Testing & Training:

Execute testing (UT, SAT, UAT, REG).

Train key and end users.

Project Documentation & Alignment:

Deliver documentation as per ASPIRE PMM.

Ensure end-to-end process integration.

Governance & Change Control:

Maintain template governance with GBPMs/GBPOs.

Manage specification changes.

Independent Leadership:

Drive key tasks autonomously in the Finance Master Data stream.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related.

5+ years in business or SAP project roles focused on Finance or Master Data.

Proficient in master data concepts and processes.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Strong project, stakeholder, and change management skills.

Proficiency in process improvement, E2E business process analysis, design, and training.

Knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools.

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Expertise & Knowledge:

Finance Master Data:

In-depth knowledge of Finance Master Data Management.

Proven business improvement experience.

Hands-on MDG-F experience.

Interpersonal Skills:

Leadership capabilities.

Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.

Presentation skills for senior management.

Effective in diverse and multicultural teams.

Excellent English communication skills.
