As a Finance Modernization Manager, you’ll assist the healthcare providers on improving revenue cycle, finance and accounting, operations and supply chain, physician integration, information technology enablement and regulatory and reimbursement processes that result in real impact for the CFO Advisory Practice – all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel.

Your day-to-day may include:
Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively Work closely with senior management to develop appropriate work plan to meet client needs Responsible for day-to-day work plan and engagement delivery in accordance with expectations Consult, work with, and service client base to make recommendations on business and process improvement Design and adjust, as necessary, engagement scope Track engagement progress to work plan on a routine basis Serve as a trusted business adviser to client Assist in building and implementing programs to improve services Provide technical insight to continually improve solution set implementation and execution Actively develop and maintain peer relationships with other advisory services practices and other firm service lines to promote an integrated cross-discipline sales and delivery model and actively pursue cross-sell opportunities appropriate to the client needs Participate and learn all aspects of business development Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff on projects and assess performance for engagement and year-end performance reviews Serve as a coach and mentor to our people, develop high performing teams, and promote respect and inclusiveness in the workplace Other duties as assignedYou have the following technical skills or qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration required, Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Healthcare Administration or Healthcare Management preferred Minimum 7 years of related work experience in a progressive advisory or consulting experience within a medium or large professional services and advisory firm or major management consulting firm Industry recognized professional certification required, Epic and/or Cerner experience or certification preferred Demonstrated technical expertise in the healthcare industry within one or more of the solutions sets described above Strong writing skills coupled with the ability to draft client worthy materials (e.g., deliverables, memorandums, project plans, proposals, etc.) Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, business acumen and complex problem-solving skills Strong teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills Can travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 80%The base salary range for this position in the firm's Los Angeles, CA office is between $146,900 and $220,300.
The base salary range for this position in the firm's Denver, CO office is between $136,000 and $204,000.
The base salary range for this position in New York only is between $146,900 and $220,300.
