We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Finance NFR Manager.
Principal responsibilities
Support the execution of Risk and Control Assessments of in-scope Non-Financial Risk (NFR) for material HBAP locations. Ensure that appropriate operational risk and control identification and assessment is undertaken for Finance and on a timely basis.Monitor and review issues, actions and events impacting the Region including providing guidance and advice on remediation to control, issues and incident owners to embed the NFR management framework in Finance.Deliver Risk and Controls MI reporting to various governance forum and continue to improve the end-to-end reporting processes ensuring accuracy, efficiency and time-to-market.Organize the ASP Finance Risk and Control Governance Forum, coordinate preparation of the meeting, including coordination of thematic papers, circulation of meeting agenda and materials, and working closely with various stakeholders and the Group Finance Control Office.Coordinate Account Reconciliation and Control Certificate (ARCC) exceptions from markets, perform review and challenge and prepare the ASP ARCC.Support risk owners in performing the NFR assessment for transformation projects and involve in major change initiatives impacting ASP to provide SME advice on Operational Risk and Control related matters.Some careers have more impact than others.

Sound commitment to continuous improvement, self-motivated, confident, and capable of working autonomously as well as part of a team.Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines.Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
