We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Finance Non Financial Risk and Sarbanes Oxley Act Assistant Vice President
Principal responsibilities
Responsible for supporting oversight of the framework for the effective management of Financial Reporting Risk and SOX, including definition of policy and procedures and supporting guidanceSupports key stakeholders across the Finance function, including the Financial Reporting Risk Stewards(Global and Entity) in executing their second line of defence relevant to SOX compliance.Coordination with the entire Finance Reporting Risk team, particularly SOX and Assurance teamsCultivate an environment that supports diversity and inclusionKey stakeholders include SOX Process Owners, Control Owners and their Control Office contacts across the Global Businesses and Functions, including Global FinanceThe role holder will also co-ordinate closely with the external auditors, and support reporting to key governance meetings including Group Audit CommitteeEnsure that the team is run on a well-controlled mannerSupports delivery of relevant change initiatives set and adheres to appropriate timetables for ad hoc workDesigning and embedding improvements in the management of SOX across the Regional Business, Functions and Geographies.Create a real sense of teamwork and collaboration across the Group SOX teamSome careers have more impact than others.
